DJ Johnny M has been a leading DJ and figure in Canadian dance music for over 15 years. During the late 80’s and early 90’s, Dj JohnnyM was primarily associated with the Mercedes nightclub where he was resident at successful nights like Sanction and Insanity.


During this period he also won the XTC Mixing Competition twice and played at Sona, one of Montreal’s first clubs to embrace the emerging house music sound . As well as producing his music, Dj JohnnyM is regularly in demand for guest spots at one-off parties and major house music events both in Canada and across the globe.
